Terms at Aptikos

Aptikos provides experience-centered career intelligence for candidates, recruiters, and companies. The service can organize career evidence, connect it to role and company context, surface transferable capability, and prepare questions or drafts for human review.

Aptikos is in beta. Some paths are invite-only, closed-pilot, consent-gated, or available only after authenticated access. Features, access rules, provider arrangements, retention behavior, and available controls may change as the service is tested. A public page does not grant access to a private workspace or pilot path.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account access, and the activity that occurs through your account. Use the account path that matches your role, such as candidate, recruiter, company, employee, interviewer, or pilot tester.

• Keep sign-in details, invitation links, private share links, and copied access credentials within the intended audience.
• Use only the workspace records and paths you are authorized to access. Company and recruiter visibility follows the controls for that workspace.
• Provide consent when a pilot or feature requires it, and do not attempt to extend a tester-specific access window after it expires.
• Tell Aptikos at hello@aptikos.com if you believe an account, invitation, or private link has been misused.

Aptikos may restrict or end an access path when a link expires, an invitation is revoked, a workspace permission changes, a payment state requires review, or the service identifies misuse or a security concern.

You keep your rights in the career history, resume, role description, company information, notes, answers, and other material you provide, subject to rights held by other people or organizations. You must have permission to submit material and to allow Aptikos to process it for the selected path.

You give Aptikos the limited permission needed to host, store, analyze, display, and transmit your material to the people, workspaces, and providers required to operate the feature you choose. That permission ends or narrows when the relevant content, share link, account path, or service feature is removed, subject to applicable retention, backup, provider, security, and legal constraints.

Do not upload another person's private information, confidential employer material, regulated information, or protected work product unless you are authorized to do so and the selected path permits it. Aptikos may limit or remove content that creates a security, privacy, legal, or operational risk.

Some Aptikos paths use invitations or private links. A link may act as the access credential, so anyone who receives or obtains it may be able to see the allowlisted content while the link is active. Creating a link does not automatically send a message unless the product path specifically says otherwise.

• Choose the audience and material before copying or sending a link.
• Use the available controls to disable or replace a link when its audience should change.
• Do not publish a private link in a public post, shared document, code repository, or other open channel.
• Review candidate-controlled corrections and context as information supplied for review, not as an automatic rewrite of the original evidence.

The person who creates an invitation or link is responsible for using it lawfully and for communicating the purpose and intended audience to the recipient.

Use Aptikos only for lawful, authorized, and responsible work. You must not:

• Access, probe, scrape, copy, or disclose a workspace, account, link, or record that you are not authorized to use.
• Upload material without the permission required to process it, or use the service to expose another person's sensitive information.
• Use Aptikos output as the sole basis for rejecting, hiring, promoting, compensating, or otherwise making an employment decision.
• Attempt to bypass an invitation, consent gate, expiry, access control, rate limit, provider boundary, or cleanup control.
• Use the service to harass, discriminate, impersonate, defraud, distribute malware, or violate another person's rights.
• Represent an assistive summary, fit signal, confidence indicator, or generated draft as a verified fact without human review.

Aptikos may use AI to summarize evidence, connect adjacent skills, draft language, suggest questions, or organize a review. AI output depends on the information supplied and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Review the source material and context before relying on any output.

Aptikos does not present a universal score, opaque ranking, or automatic rejection as a final employment decision. Fit signals describe a working relationship between evidence and a selected role lens. They remain provisional, and people must decide what to validate, discuss, or do next.

You remain responsible for the decisions you make, the questions you ask, the information you share, and the way you communicate an Aptikos output to a candidate, colleague, company, or other person.

Some recruiter, company, voice, or other paths may require a subscription, token purchase, or other paid access. Applicable prices, included seats, token capacity, billing notes, and checkout details are shown in the relevant Aptikos flow before payment.

Stripe or another payment provider may process the transaction. Aptikos may receive plan, subscription, payment status, token, and transaction records needed to provide the paid path. Do not send full payment card details to Aptikos by email or through a product content field.

Access, billing, cancellation, refund, tax, and payment-record treatment require final founder and legal review for each applicable paid path. This draft does not invent jurisdiction-specific billing terms or promise a refund, credit, or cancellation outcome that is not stated in the checkout flow.

Aptikos may add, remove, pause, or change features, providers, access paths, pricing, data controls, or retention behavior. A beta service can contain errors, interruptions, incomplete data, delayed processing, or changes that affect a working view. Keep your own copy of material you need outside the service.

Aptikos does not promise that an output is complete, that a role fit signal will lead to an interview or offer, that a private link will always remain available, or that every provider or system record can be removed immediately. Service availability, provider response, backups, logs, and legally required financial records can follow separate constraints.

The service is provided for assistive information and workflow support. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice, and it does not determine a person's worth or guarantee a result.

Aptikos, its name, wordmark, software, interface, design system, documentation, and original service materials are owned or controlled by Aptikos or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Aptikos technology, branding, or protected service materials.

You keep your rights in content you provide, subject to the limited operating permission described above and the rights of other people or organizations. Suggestions or feedback may help Aptikos improve the service, but you should not send confidential information as feedback unless the relevant path permits it.
