Aptikos connects demonstrated career experience to a role and the environment around that role. It helps candidates express scope, outcomes, leadership, and transferable skills. It helps recruiters and companies review evidence, role context, uncertainty, and useful questions together.

Aptikos has paths for candidates, recruiters, and companies or hiring teams. Candidates can work on a clearer career story. Recruiters can review a focused batch against a role. Companies can define context, success criteria, and conditions before a human-led review.

No. Aptikos does not use a universal score, opaque ranking, or automatic rejection as the final decision. A fit signal describes a working relationship between evidence and a selected role lens. It remains provisional, and the people responsible for the work decide what to validate and do next.

Candidate saved-profile material stays private by default. Role lenses, work-style answers, assessment conversations, comparisons, career exploration, guidance, benchmark context, and private uncertainties do not automatically appear in recruiter links. Candidates can control supported sharing sections on an active link, and public views use an explicit allowlist.

A supported recruiter view shows the candidate-approved role evidence and any sections the candidate deliberately enables. Candidate confirmation links show correction context such as career history and targeted questions. They do not expose fit scores, confidence, recruiter decisions, internal model details, raw assessment chats, or other candidates.

A role title alone rarely explains the work. Recruiters and companies can add role scope, success criteria, company conditions, and offer references where the path supports them. That context gives an evidence signal a destination and keeps open questions visible for human review.

The closed pilot is invite-only and consent-gated. Each tester receives a 14-day access window beginning at their first authenticated visit through the invitation link, before consent acceptance. Access stops at expiry. Aptikos-managed pilot records are included in the cleanup workflow, while provider backups, system logs, legally required Stripe records, and outside confirmations can follow separate retention rules.

A shared link shows only the supported, allowlisted fields for that link. The candidate or authorized workspace user chooses the audience and can disable or replace an active link where the path supports it. Treat the link as a credential and keep it within the intended audience.

AI can help organize evidence, suggest transferable-skill bridges, draft language, summarize context, or prepare questions. Its output can be incomplete or wrong. Aptikos keeps human review responsible for the interpretation and decision, and does not present AI assistance as a hiring verdict.
